The normal method of repaying your loan is by an automated pre-authorized debit from your bank account. The payment methods available on this page should only be used if your account is late and you want to make a payment.

You may make your payment by one of the following methods:

Email Money Transfer:

To send an email money transfer to us, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your online banking.
2. Go to "Transfers".
3. Choose "Interac Email Money Transfer".
4. You will need to set us up as a "Recipient". To do this you will need to add our company name to "Recipient Name" and our email address customerservice@thebluehog.com to "Recipient Email Address".
5. Next you will need to go to "Send Money". At this point you will be able to choose our company from the drop down menu.
6. Next you will need to set up a security question. Please use "Company Name?" as your question.
7. You will then need to answer this question. The answer is bluehog001 (all small letters with no spaces).
8. Choose the amount you wish to pay and the account the funds will be coming out of and then select "Continue" or "Next".
9. You will then be asked to "Confirm" this information.
10. Once you have confirmed the information the money will be debited from your bank account and we will receive an email notification that you have sent us the payment. We will then accept the money transfer into our business bank account and adjust your loan balance accordingly.
